Winkler County Memorial Hospital offers a highly competitive TCDRS Retirement plan. All WCMH employees mandatorily contribute 7% of gross earnings per check into their personal plan. WCMH currently matches $2.25 for every $1.00 contributed, and employees become vested after 8 years of service.
PTO, Sick and Holiday Time
Personal Time Off (PTO) accrual is offered at a rate of 3.076 hours per pay period, and is available 90 days from full time hire date. Sick time accrual is equivalent to 8 hours per month, and is available 90 days from full time hire date. Winkler County currently allows for 12 paid Holidays and all employees are eligible to be paid for 8 hours for each holiday.
WCMH offers healthcare coverage for every employee at no charge after 60 days of full time employment. Additional family members may be added to an employees plan for a minimal cost.
Dental coverage is also offered at a minimal cost for employees and their families.
